Pleasant's Bar-B-Q was established in 1982 in Ocean Springs, MS by the late Mr. John A. Pleasant and Marie Pleasant. The business is located in downtown Ocean Springs Mississippi and is family owned and operated.
In 1984 Mrs. Pleasant developed a recipe for barbecue sauce with the intent to distinguish their business from any other. Customers were surveyed and with the strong positive feedback, the family began using their own homemade barbecue sauce. "The Secret is in th Sauce"

Best ribs on the Coast, a hidden gem! Really awesome catfish too! That's what my friend ordered and I got to try some. Friendly staff as well!
