Mixed Media Class

Make a collage with papers, paint, stamps, and more. Come as you are. All materials are supplied.

Drawing 101
This is a 12 week progressive class beginning November 29. Classes will be held every Tuesday from 5:30pm-8:30pm with a few exceptions. (Valentines Day and Mardi Gras). Supply list available at Creativity Studio. This class begins by teaching students to trust their sight by introduction to blind and modified contour drawings, while keeping a daily drawing journal.

Traditional Rug Hooking
November 30 5:30pm 7:30pm
Learn what is considered to be Americans one indigenous form. Rug hooking first appeared in the eighteenth century. At that time the textiles were made to cover old bare floors. Using the same method used hundreds of years ago, instructor Faith Williston hand dyes her wool, designs the rug, and is in control of the color and final piece. Sewing Machine Maintenance and Basics
